Who we are

Kanonu Events is an event ticketing and fundraising platform operated by Kanonu Solutions LLC ("Kanonu," "we," "us"). We provide registration pages, payment processing, digital passes, check-in, and reporting tools to organizations ("organizers") running events, and we process information about the people who register for or attend those events ("attendees").

We do not sell personal information.

Payment security

All payments are processed by Stripe over encrypted connections. Card data never touches Kanonu's servers. Every price, hold, and admission decision is made server-side, so a modified app or browser cannot alter what is charged.

Data retention

We keep event and order records for as long as needed to provide the service to organizers, meet financial and legal recordkeeping requirements, and resolve disputes. Organizers may request reasonable deletion of event data they control.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and recordkeeping limits. Attendees can also contact the organizer of their event directly. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

The platform is intended for use by adults registering for events. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
